​Centaur Farm Mission Statement

Centaur Farm and the Centaur Programs were founded on the basic principles of Classical Horsemanship. It is our goal to set an example and offer guidelines to equestrians, integrating the talents and desires of horse and horseman into an art form called riding. 

With gentleness, honesty, patience and understanding, we strive to be the best we can be, for our mounts, our sports and ourselves. By using the horse’s natural abilities of communicating and the horseman’s innate desire to dream, the combination is beautiful, exhilarating and healing.

It is our hope to teach the most novice through the most advanced horse or horseman how to enjoy the intimacy and success of true companionship, while educating both on a solid foundation from which they may dance into the show ring, leap through the obstacles of life or simply wander along the trails of imagination and tranquility.

Our livestock, fowl and small animal programs receive the same level of attention and dedication to improve the lifestyle of the animals entrusted to us. Our animals deserve the paradise we have been blessed with as we hope to share hearts with the many good people who may pass through our doors.
